Ordering

Checkout
When you are ready to place your order, simply add your items to your shopping bag and follow these steps:

Step 1: Shipping. Enter your shipping address. Please make sure to include unit numbers or company names for large buildings. Complete all fields noted with an asterisk. Select a shipping method and continue.

Step 2: Billing. If your billing address is different from your shipping address, enter your billing information as it appears on your credit card statement. Enter your payment method and continue.

Step 3: Place Order. Please review your information before submitting your order. After submitting your order, you will come to a order confirmation page. You will be assigned an order reference number on this page. We recommend printing this page for your records.

Order and Shipment Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email soon after placing your order which will include your order number and order details.

Changing & canceling orders
Please contact me immediately after placing your orders (within 24 hours) to make any changes. I will do my best to assist you.

I currently accept Visa/Mastercard/American Express and Paypal

 

Shipping Information

Domestic shipping (Switzerland)
Domestic shipments are provided by Swiss Post Priority (1-2 working days) or Swiss Post Economy (2-3 working days).

As soon as the shipment is released I will send you a notification by e-mail.

Shipping costs varies depending on shipping options:

Swiss Post Economy: at rate 7 CHF

Swiss Post Priority: at rate 9 CHF

International shipping
International shipments within EU countries are provided by Swiss Post Priority (2-4 working days) or Swiss Post Economy (6-12 working days), delivery time depends on the destination.

As soon as the shipment is released I will send you a notification by e-mail.

Shipping costs varies depending on shipping options:

Swiss Post Economy: starts with 9 CHF

Swiss Post Priority: starts with 13 CHF

Please keep in mind that you will be charged with customs and import tax/duty fees that are based on the full purchase price, including freight. These are charges I cannot prevent.

 

Returns

The return period is 14 days from the delivery date of the package to receive a full refund. To request a return please email me at info@osmantum.com, including items you would like to return, the order number and your contact information. To ensure a full refund, items and packaging must be returned in new and unusued condition. Restrictions may apply to promotional offers and discounts.

Osmantum does not provide pre-paid shipping labels for returns. You may return any order through the carrier of your choice. I recommend using a trackable/insured shipping method to guarantee successful delivery of your return.
